In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. ЗРУ-547 "On personal data", the Rules for processing personal data posted on the website https://kelyanmedia.com/ at the address: ____________ (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy),
I, the subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the User, by sending information through the feedback forms (hereinafter, each of them and all together - the Form, Forms) during the registration procedure for the purpose of using the website - https://kelyanmedia.com/ and its services (hereinafter - the Site, Service), and further when using the Site and/or its Services, express my full, unconditional and unequivocal Consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter - Consent) on the following terms:
1. The consent is issued by “————” (OOO “———”, INN ————, OGRN ———), located at the address: ——- (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
2. Consent is granted for the processing of personal and other data specified by the User in the Forms by filling in the relevant text fields and/or files attached to the Forms, namely the following categories:
— last name, first name, patronymic, email address, telephone number, registration address, and other similar information provided by the User of the Site, on the basis of which his/her identification as the subject of personal data is possible.
— data that is automatically transmitted during browsing and visiting the pages of the Site: IP address, information from cookies, browser information, access time, address of the page visited, referrer (address of the previous page);
— statistics about my IP addresses.
3. Consent is given for the processing of personal data for the purposes of:
— execution of agreements on providing access to the Site, its Content and/or Service, to the functionality of the Service, for the administration of the Site;
— identification upon registration on the Site and/or when using the Service;
— provision of services, processing of requests and applications;
— establishing feedback, including sending notifications and requests;
— confirmation of the completeness of the personal data provided;
— concluding contracts, making mutual settlements;
— collection of statistics by the Operator;
— improving the quality of the Site and/or its Service, the ease of use and the development of new services;

The User hereby confirms, is aware and agrees that, for the above purposes, the Operator has the right to collect and use additional information related to the User, obtained during the User's access to the Site, its Content and/or Service, or from third parties, and including data on technical means (including mobile devices) and methods of technological interaction with the Site and/or its Service (including the IP address of the host, the type of the User's operating system, browser type, geographic location, provider data, etc.), on the User's activity when using the Site and/or its Service, cookies, information on errors returned to the User, on downloaded files, videos, tools, as well as other data obtained in accordance with the established Rules for the processing of personal data; manage statistical information related to the functioning of the Site and/or its Service, as well as the User's information for the purposes of organizing the functioning and technical support of the Site and/or its Service and compliance with the terms of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Rules for the processing of personal data developed in accordance with it.
4. Consent is given for the processing of personal data in a mixed (automated and non-automated) manner.
In the process of processing personal data, the Operator has the right to: collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, transfer (disseminate, provide, access), depersonalize, block, delete, destroy the User's personal data.
5. The User hereby confirms that:
5.1. I have read and agree that the Operator may transfer the User's personal data to the extent necessary for the User to access the Site, its Content and/or its Service, to the following third parties: yandex.ru, google.ru, vk.com.v 5.2. I consent to the processing of my personal data, specified in paragraph 2 of this consent, by the persons specified in paragraph 1 of this consent, and also confirms that the Operator has explained the consequences of failure to provide personal data, in cases where the provision of such data is mandatory in accordance with the law.
5.3. I have been informed of the possibility of revoking my consent based on the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. ЗРУ-547 "On Personal Data" by personally contacting me or sending a written request (including in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature or an enhanced qualified electronic signature) addressed to the persons specified in paragraph 1 of the Consent, including being informed of the right to revoke the Consent in order to terminate the processing by the person specified in paragraph 1 of the Consent of both all personal data specified in paragraph 2 of the Consent and separately biometric personal data (if such are requested by the Operator and provided by the User).
5.4. I am informed that upon receipt of the withdrawal of consent, the processing of the User's Data will be terminated and their Data will be deleted, except in cases where processing can be continued in accordance with the law.
5.5. Gives consent to receive advertising and informational materials and is informed by the Operator of the possibility and procedure for refusing such.
6. Consent comes into force from the moment it is sent and may be revoked by the User by sending a written statement in any form to the Operator by email at kelyanmedia@gmail.com or by any other means that allows for the unambiguous determination of its receipt by the addressee.
7. Consent is valid for an indefinite period until revoked by the User. Consent expires on the date specified in the User's revocation of Consent to Personal Data Processing, but not earlier than the date following the date the Operator receives the revocation.
8. The date and time of formation, confirmation and sending of the Consent shall be considered to be the moment of marking the corresponding field (or clicking the corresponding button) in the Form and/or clicking the Form submit button on any page of the Site and/or its Service.
9. Guided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. ЗРУ-547 "On personal data", I send my personal data through a personal mobile device or personal computer by attaching it to a special form or by filling in the appropriate fields of such a form when completing the registration procedure on the Site.
10. The User is informed that the Operator who issued the relevant order (consent) is responsible to him for the actions of the person processing his personal data on behalf of the Operator.
