Project Description:

Raskills is an online school that teaches the most modern professions (SMM, web design, website creation).

First of all, positioning was created, a promotion strategy was built, and chatbot funnels were automated. When a potential client of the company enters the chatbot and clicks “start”, the bot asks for contact information (name and phone number). If the client does not take any action, for example, does not sign up for a webinar, does not clarify information about the courses, then after 12 hours he receives a notification-invitation to sign up for a free webinar in the coming week. Another 24 hours after registration in the bot, a notification is sent-offer to find out more information about the school on the YouTube channel. After 48 hours, a notification is sent about discounts on training and an offer to purchase a course at a very favorable price.

 

Thus, we built automated processes of the communication strategy so that the client would be maximally involved in the process and we would not lose him on the way to the Customer Journey Map.

 

In addition, a website was developed, and the company's social networks were created and designed. The advertising budget was 1,500 $ per month. For Raskills, we brought in 70 applications every day, and built a sales department. The company's managers simply could not cope with the volume of incoming applications.
