Today, Thomas Sabo is one of the leading suppliers of premium jewelry and watches for both men and women. The company employs over 1,200 people (as of 2021), and its own retail outlets, sales, and distribution operations span 70 countries (as of 2021).

Social media marketing (SMM) was implemented for the Thomas Sabo franchise in Uzbekistan. An image campaign was developed, and efforts were made to popularize the brand and increase its awareness. Sales on social media and the number of direct store visits were targeted.
