By filling out and submitting any form on the website https://kelyanmedia.uz/ (including the application form, the "Brief for cost calculation" form, the newsletter subscription form, the personal account registration form), as well as by contacting the Operator by phone, email, or via instant messengers and social networks with the indication of their personal data, an individual (hereinafter referred to as the User, the subject of personal data) confirms that he/she has read this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy posted at https://kelyanmedia.uz/politika-konfidenczialnosti/, and voluntarily, of his/her own free will and in his/her own interests, consents to the processing of his/her personal data under the following conditions.

1. Personal data operator

The consent is given in favor of the limited liability company "KELYANMEDIA", registered at the address: Tashkent, Yashnabad district, Cholpon MFY, Elbek street, house 146, INN 312243735, represented by the director Arakelyan Agasi Davitovich, acting on the basis of the Charter (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

2. List of personal data for which consent is given for processing

6. Duration of consent and procedure for its revocation

6.1. Consent is valid from the moment it is provided for the entire period of personal data processing specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy, or until it is revoked by the personal data subject.

6.2. The personal data subject has the right to revoke this consent at any time by sending a corresponding notification to the Operator's email address: kelyanmedia@gmail.com. The Operator will cease processing the personal data and destroy it no later than one business day following the day of receipt of such notification, unless further processing is necessary for other legal reasons stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7.1. This Consent is an integral part of the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy, located at https://kelyanmedia.uz/politika-konfidenczialnosti/, and should be read in conjunction with it.
